Principal Associate Broker
Lonnie Nemmers has owned and operated Cascade Properties since April of 1986. She is a Real Estate Broker and is dedicated to a personal and professional approach to buying and selling homes. Prior to Real Estate she graduated from Michigan State with honors and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. After graduation she taught honors English at East Grand Rapids High School. She is determined to give her clients the personalized service and a high level of integrity that buying or selling a home warrants. She concentrates in the Forest Hills and East Grand Rapids school districts and as a resident of Cascade for the past 30 years she lives in the area she markets.
A second generation Associate Real Estate Broker Jordan has been a full time Realtor since 2004 and has been consistently successful in helping buyers and sellers in West Michigan. Jordan specializes in single family homes, condos, vacant land sales, and commercial properties. A graduate of Forest Hills Central he grew up in Cascade and now lives in Ada one mile from his childhood home. He is happily married and has a son attending Forest Hills Central High School.
